2. Service Model & Professional Status

B2B Partnership:
In House Surgical provides specialized mobile surgical dentistry support exclusively to private dental practices.

Surgical Dentistry:
Our services are provided by surgically trained dentists. We are not a medical "Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery" (OMFS) entity; we are a dental surgical partner providing advanced clinical options within the scope of general dentistry for private practices.

Location of Services:
All procedures are performed on-site at the partner's private practice facility using a combination of the partner's infrastructure and our proprietary mobile surgical units.

3.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy (Partner Practice Liability)

Commitment of Resources:
Because In House Surgical mobilizes specialized personnel and equipment specifically for your scheduled dates, the partner private practice is held responsible for the integrity of the surgical schedule.

Cancellation Fees:
In the event a patient cancels a scheduled procedure, the partner practice remains liable to In House Surgical for a pre-determined cancellation fee.

Indemnification:
It is the responsibility of the partner practice to manage their own patient cancellation policies.

In House Surgical will invoice the partner practice directly for the cancellation fee regardless of whether the practice collects said fee from their patient.

4. Professional Disclaimer

Informational Purposes:
The content on this Site is for professional informational purposes and does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship with the end user.

Colorado Operations:
In House Surgical operates exclusively within the State of Colorado and adheres to the regulations of the Colorado Dental Board.

5. Limitation of Liability
In House Surgical is not liable for administrative or preoperative errors made by the partner practice, including but not limited to patient screening, scheduling conflicts, or failure to communicate preoperative instructions.
